He contributed to the branding of PropNex Cambodia as the first Marketing Director and founder of the REAL DEAL talk show. Now with broader interest and applying his extensive knowledge, his business focus will be in Australian and Cambodian real estate for asset diversification and wealth creation.

He is currently COO of Auswell Group, Marketing Director of YHS Group and Director of Team Consultancy.

The companies offers multi-disciplinary property services in project marketing, development, investment capitals, funds and land sale to align stakeholder investment interests.

An entrepreneur at heart, Phil started his business journey at the age of 21. From waste management and commercial cleaning, hospitality services, to imports, distribution and retail. Philip has built up an impeccable reputation as a high achiever within the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His professionalism and motivational work ethics compliment his ability to deliver great outcome.

He is the Founder and President of Australia Asia Business Council and the Vice President of The Chinese Professional and Business Association-Victoria.

A great believer in giving back, Phil is active in advocating mental health and multicultural well being in Victoria.

He is an Advisor to the Cambodian of Victoria Student Association and Member of the Victoria Regional Advisory Council (RAC) - VMC .

The RAC’s role is to provide critical on-the-ground insights and potential solutions into issues such as migrant and refugee settlement, mental well-being, youth education & employment services, housing, citizenship, family violence and business covid recovery concern and initiative.
